A phone call gets you an answer fastest: (507) 555-0172. Ten minutes usually sorts out whether you are looking at a repair, a replacement, a new system, or just a soil read before you buy a lot. An estimate costs nothing and leaves you owing nothing.
Useful to have in front of you: the parcel or address, the number of bedrooms the house has or will have, whether there is an existing system and roughly how old it is, whether an alarm is sounding or the yard is wet, and whether you are building new or replacing a field that failed. None of it is required.
Hours: We answer the phone Monday to Saturday, from 7am until 6pm, and we are shut on Sunday.
Permits: Every new system, replacement, and major change needs a county construction permit and a soil and site evaluation before anyone digs. We confirm what your parcel requires with the county it sits in and we submit the application. No contractor and no website can hand you an approval or a date.
Maintenance: Minnesota requires onsite systems to be operated, maintained, and reported on a schedule. We can carry that service, pump the tank, check the pump and floats, and keep the reporting from lapsing, on our systems and on systems we did not install.
Service area: Blue Earth County, plus Nicollet, Le Sueur, Waseca, Watonwan, and Faribault counties, including North Mankato, Eagle Lake, Madison Lake, Lake Crystal, Mapleton, Good Thunder, St. Clair, and Amboy.
One boundary worth stating. A routine tank pump-out is a pump truck's job, not ours. If that is all you need, we will point you to one.
